In restaurant GINGER you will be welcomed by a courteous and motivated team who will make you feel more than comfortable.
The modern-chic atmosphere with warm tones will encourage you to enjoy the excellent international cuisine, with a chill-out corner on the beautiful terrace. From the creative menu, we recommend the chef’s Cured Salmon with Citrus, beetroot and goat cheese mousse with house pickles.
Main courses include tender braised wild pig cheeks, Spanish ham and black truffle, potato gratin, apple with spices and roasted whole carrot. You will find GINGER in front of the Hotels Vanilla Garden and Gala in Playa de Las Américas.

We’ve only been open for 4 month, we started off with a wonderful but small menu and we’ve been working on that for a month now and excited to have expanded our menu widely. As well as our popular favourites from our gourmet evening dinning menu, offering braised wild pig cheeks, stuffed rabbit, lemon roasted cod and our Corn fed chicken to name adjust a few, we’re now serving a proper quality breakfast until 3pm.
We’ve introduced a delightful pasta and gourmet burger menus. The ribeye steak Double Ginger burger is sooo popular. The newly added Classics menu is going down a treat with our very tasty fresh chicken breast curry, steak and Guinness pie, scampi tales and our homemade Thai fish cakes.
